- Visitors must ensure that they have valid travel insurance with full medical coverage, including COVID-19 related medical care and eventual quarantine expenses, for the whole duration of their stay in Seychelles.

-Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.

-To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.

Perfect

We spent nine nights at the Bliss Hotel. Small breakfast but certainly something for everyone. Pool and sea access always clean, plenty of space for everyone. The resraurant of the hotel and the food was always fresh and tasted very good. The team was super friendly and always helpful. Especially Ishan, Thivanka and Rhynie made our stay special. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful

The beach was vast and emty. Good to play for children. No big waves. There are two big and one small pool. Small is ok for kids. Nice big steps going into the pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed at the garden room. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Everything worked well. The restaurant is ok with average amount of selection. Breakfast is great with many options that change daily. Several restaurants and take aways close by. If you stay at garden room you have to cross the road to get to the beach house/reception/beach/breakfast. There is also s nice complementary tea at 16:00. And ofcourse the tortoises.

Crossing the road was a surprise but it did not bother anymore at some point. I expected a bit more modern place. Everything is nice with little touches and looks beachy and hip but ...well. going into the sea you have to be aware of rayfish.

Wonderful

The location and view is amazing, the beach is pretty great, although the water is a bit murky, there are good restaurants nearby (if you don't enjoy the food from the hotel's restaurant), the staff is very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is very good and the room was big with a great balcony pool and view.

The breakfast was okay but not great for the price (this also goes for the other food, we did not try one of the buffets, they had creole. Indian, barbeque buffets, the à la carte menu is not great, imo). For the room we stayed in it was a bit weird that you can see from the stairs inside the shower and toilet (maybe it would be best to change the curtains).

Bliss hotel is definitely worth it as the staff and manager was very attentive all the time and they want you to feel welcome from the moment you arrive . Food was great and In the afternoon they offer some biscuits, little bites of cake with coffee e/o tea . They make a surprise little treat for my birthday and they make sure I was having a great time , very excellent customer care . Thanks again everyone we had a fabulous stay !

The best place to stay on Praslin! ????

Pretty much everything! The property was really tastefully decorated and clean, there were good facilities on site, and tortoises that you could go pet and feed. The staff were top tier - super friendly and kind and they were always seeking to make our experience better. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the option for a free afternoon tea and cake, dinner was also really yummy. I was quite sceptical at first because of other reviews not putting this hotel in such a good light, but was very pleasantly surprised that our experience was the complete opposite. I’d encourage anyone considering to book a room here to go for the garden option. This is a really peaceful part of the hotel, with access to a pool and the gym, and right by the tortoises, it’s also just very well kept and quaint. I’d like to put an extra emphasis on just how good the staff were, I’ve never experienced such exceptional hosting, from all the receptionists, waiters, kitchen and bar staff, everyone was always on-hand to help.

All the staff was great, Ishan, Kirk, Thivanka, Rhine and all other people whose names I unfortunately don’t remember, they were all so sweet, they made the stay really memorable. The beach was clean, just some little parts had seaweed, and the water was so warm. The tortoise park was also very nice. Food was very good and pool was great to cool down.

Nice resort in Praslin with lovely staff

Bliss Hotel is a beautiful resort divided into two sides, one facing the garden and the other the sea. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It featured a large, comfortable bed, impeccable finishing, and a lovely design. The room also had a refreshing warm shower, efficient air conditioning, and a covered terrace outside where I could relax. The presence of a minibar and a safe in the room added to the convenience. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily. The staff at Bliss Hotel were exceptionally friendly. The welcome with a complimentary drink set a pleasant tone, and you're immediately encouraged to take it easy. I must give special recognition to Dominic and Taciana at the front office, who were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast, served buffet-style, was delightful with a wide variety of choices, including warm options, bread, pastries, cheese, pasta, cocojam, eggs, and more. Denise and her team took great care of us each morning, and I commend them for their efforts. As an extra touch, the hotel offered a daily tea hour by the pool between 4 and 5 PM, providing complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. This was a nice addition to the experience, and it took place by the pool on the garden side, where you can also find a lovely reserve of turtles. We didn't dine at the hotel's restaurant for dinner due to the high prices and our budget constraints. However, the restaurant appeared to be of high quality as it was often well-occupied. Bliss Hotel offers a few parking spaces, which can fill up quickly, but we didn't encounter any problems with parking during our stay. In terms of price and quality, this hotel, conveniently located near Praslin Airport, suited our needs well. With a few adjustments in terms of attention to detail and overall aesthetics, this resort has tremendous potential.

However, I must highlight a couple of areas that could use improvement. The pool on the sea-facing side of the resort appeared to be neglected. It was rarely cleaned and often not in a pristine condition. The lounge chairs were in poor shape, with some being broken and moldy. This surprised me, as I found this side of the resort to be the most attractive, and maintaining it would likely encourage guests to spend more time there, such as at the bar. Unfortunately, we didn't use this area much during our stay, and it seemed underutilized. The same applies to the beach by the hotel, where the beach chairs were disorganized, and the beach itself wasn't clean. Addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall guest experience without requiring extensive effort. In contrast, the pool on the garden side was well-maintained and clean, although the cushions on the chairs were worn and dirty.

Comfy room, delicious food and a great place to stay on Praslin.

Very nice hotel, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We loved our stay and room and couldn’t be happier. The food was very delicious at all times. We also enjoyed the small pool table where we could play for free at all times.

One thing that I missed a little was the option to enjoy the view whilst having light in the room and privacy, because there were only two options: blackout curtains which make the room go pitch dark oder no curtains at all, but all other guests on the beach are practically able to see into the room.

The Bliss Hotel Praslin is beautiful; the entire property is truly stunning. The pool and restaurant area, in particular, are incredibly relaxing. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service in the bar and restaurant. Ishan is so attentive to the needs and wishes of the guests that you simply have to feel comfortable with him and his team (but especially with him!).

Perhaps the hotel could purchase more towels for the pool area. There were several occasions when we had to wait for fresh towels because the laundry wasn’t finished yet… The shower in the room is raised higher than the rest of the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, this leads to daily flooding, especially when staying there as a whole family.
